45 year old Roberto Garcia was shot and killed around 1:16am Sunday in the parking lot area next to apartment L7 of Versailles Apartments.  

He had been sitting outside with two other hispanic males when they were approached by two black males who demanded money.  One of the suspects was armed with a handgun.  The suspects took one of the victim's wallet, assaulted the second, and shot and killed the third.  The two suspects then fled the scene after getting into a car possibly driven by a third suspect.  

The identity of the suspects is still unknown at this time.
