Authorities say Ikeia Phillips of Kings Park Circle is accused of raping a 16-year old girl on the afternoon of May 8th in a school classroom. Phillips was arrested the next day.

The victim told authorities that Phillips held her against her will in the classroom when she went back in to get a jacket she had left behind. After keeping her from leaving, he reportedly raped her.

Phillips is being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.

Macon Police and the Bibb County Board of Education are continuing to investigate the case.
