Arrest Made In Shooting Of Two Men

Macon Police have arrested a teenager in the shooting of two men Tuesday.

17-year old Benjamin Jermaine Clay was taken into custody and charged with 5 counts of aggravated assault in the shooting of two victims on Walmar Drive.

Macon Police responded to the 2900 block of Leone Drive North Tuesday after a caller said shots were being fired. 

Witnesses told authorities that two people had been shot and taken to the hospital. 18-year old Chamell Hogan was shot in the hand and had an injury on his side. 26-year old Terrance Austin was shot in the buttocks. Both men are in stable condition at a local hospital.
