| The parents of a boy who
was injured on an escalator at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson
International Airport are suing Colorado-based Crocs.
Clark Meyer, the boy's father, filed suit in
federal court against the maker of the popular shoe. He is
asking for two-million dollars for the injuries suffered by his
son when the boy's Crocs allegedly got caught in an airport
escalator.
Photos in the court filing show injuries
to the boy's first three toes on his right foot and a mangled pair
of gray Crocs.
The suit alleges the company knew of the danger
to children wearing the shoes in 2005. That was the year the
company began marketing the popular shoes to children.
