| An alleged temper
tantrum by accused Atlanta Courthouse killer Brian Nichols several
weeks ago was at the center of a pre-trial hearing Wednesday.
With five days until Nichols' death penally
trial begins, his lawyers say they should be removed because they
will not be able to testify on Nichols' behalf if the prosecution
brings up the temper tantrum during trial . Judge James
Bodiford refused to remove Nichols' legal team.
Nichols in 2005 allegedly went on a shooting
spree at the Fulton County Courthouse, shooting to death a judge,
a court reporter, a deputy and later a customs agent.
Meanwhile, jury selection finished Wednesday
with 8 women and 4 men being seated for the Monday's opening
arguments.
