| A Musella man who kept a
"robbery checklist" on how to rob a bank has been
sentenced to life in prison for robbing a credit union he formerly
patronized.
Under the "three strikes" law, Houston
County Superior Court Judge Edward Lukemire sentenced 49-year old
George Bufkin to life without parole for the robbery of HEA Credit
Union on Osigian Boulevard in Warner Robins last October.
Investigators say a search of Bufkin's home
turned up the "robbery checklist" with "20 steps
for robbing a bank," including the final step of "count
the money."
