| A temporary fuel shortage is changing
some behavior in Atlanta where some drivers were spotted tailing
gasoline tanker trucks to their next stop.
At a bustling QuikTrip between Lawrenceville Highway and the
North DeKalb Mall, a line of cars followed a fuel-filled truck as
it pulled in about 11 a.m. Sunday. Soon, more motorists pulled in.
Robert Maples, with only had about 10 miles of gas left, says
he had been sitting in line for 45 minutes at a Shell station
across town when his brother-in-law called to say the fuel truck
had arrived. Maples says he rushed over to the QuikTrip.
Some motorists say they'll keep their vehicles parked Monday
and take MARTA to work.
