A new live release from the Jonas Brothers is on the way, tied closely to the group’s JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour. The project, titled Friends From Your Hometown, is scheduled to arrive on streaming platforms on March 13.
The album brings together concert performances recorded during the tour and adds a long list of guest appearances that helped shape the live shows. Among the featured names are Demi Lovato, John Legend, JoJo, Jordin Sparks, mgk and 5 Seconds of Summer. The track list also includes a live version of Backwards, giving fans another piece of the band’s current stage run in recorded form.
The release continues a busy stretch for the group as they revisit songs from different parts of their career while sharing the spotlight with artists connected to their story and fan base. Instead of framing the tour as a one-time event, this album turns it into a permanent record of the performances and collaborations that stood out on the road.
