Ed Sheeran has added another major business milestone to a busy stretch in music. The latest U.K. wealth ranking places the singer-songwriter among the country’s richest people under 40, with his fortune estimated at more than $547 million. The figure reflects another year of growth for Sheeran, whose touring, catalog, and songwriting work continue to keep him among the most financially successful artists of his generation.
In a separate music release, Sheeran has also teamed with Martin Garrix on Repeat It, a collaboration that fans had been waiting on for years. The track had reportedly been developing in different forms for more than a decade before finally being released.
Sheeran’s name is also tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. He co-wrote Dai Dai, the tournament’s official anthem performed by Shakira and Burna Boy. Shakira is donating her royalties from the song to Global Citizen’s Education Fund, adding a charitable element to one of the biggest global music moments connected to next year’s tournament.
